Cloudflare has published an account of a vulnerability reported by external researchers. Under certain conditions, container workloads could recover residual storage data from previous workloads on the same host. The company describes restoring block clearing and replacing affected disks and cached layers. The report is a reminder that isolation includes storage lifecycle controls as well as application permissions.
